The Political Ideology of Michael Flynn and how it affects his Net Worth

President Donald Trump and former National Security Advisor Army Lieutenant General Michael Flynn have a handful of things in common when it comes to politics. Both of them seem to be interested in shady foreign politics, both have held national positions to the public's dismay, and most importantly: both are long time registered democrats serving and representing republican parties and constituents. That's right: former National Security Advisor Army Lieutenant General Michael Flynn is a registered Democrat. In fact, Michael Flynn and his huge family are mostly aligned with the Democratic Party and have been for a time. But there is an old American proverb that embodies the choices of alignment embodied by Michael Flynn: Money talks. Former National Security Advisor Army Lieutenant General Michael Flynn may be a flip-flopping democrat, but the views he has verbalized in recent years seems to be that of a stern right-wing conservative. Michael Flynn spews the usual far-right agenda when in the media. He tends to blame the Muslim religion for the injustices and terrorism in today's world (not true by the way.) He has went as far as referring to the religion as a 'cancer.' Army Lieutenant General Michael Flynn is also a board member for the organization ACT! for America, a United States-centric pro-Trump and anti-Islamic advocacy group, whose mission statement is to maintain the threat of radical Islam and threats to Democracy. Ironically enough, Board Member Army Lieutenant General Michael Flynn is now under federal investigation for being a threat to his own country's democracy due to radical dealings with Russia, Michael Flynn's son, and the overall tampering in the 2016 Presidential Election case in an attempt to provide foreign representatives with, that's right: intelligence.

Ret. Army Lieutenant General and President Donald Trump

Pictured here is Retired Army Lieutenant General and Donald Trump at one of Donald Trump's early Presidential campaign outings. This photo was taken prior to Donald Trump becoming the President-elect and President as well as retired Army Lieutenant General Michael Flynn who would eventually become the shortest servicing National Security Advisor in the history of the position in the United States.

Michael Flynn did not just end up as the National Security Advisor of the United States of America simply by chance. Flynn's intelligence firm had the pleasure of consulting with also every presidential candidate for the 2016 United States Presidential Election. This included Ben Carson, Ted Cruz, Scott Walker, and of course: Donald Trump. At one point during the presidential race, Michael Flynn was even being considered as a running mate for Donald Trump. Flynn even submitted the vetting papers, which in politics are documents that outline any kind of personal dirt or skeletons in one's closet so that the 'vetter' can properly weigh any liabilities or future scandals. Ultimately, the Governor of Indiana Mike Pence would be chosen for the Vice Presidency. This would lead to Army Lieutenant General Michael Flynn to becoming National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.

National Security Advisor Michael Flynn

With Donald Trump becoming the President-elect in November of 2016, Michael Flynn's role as National Security Advisor was pretty much secured (no pun intended.) Then President Barack Obama verbalized his caution of promoting Michael Flynn to such a sensitive role to the new President-elect. This omen would come to fruition later. Donald Trump would be inaugurated a few months later in January of 2018, effectively inaugurating Michael Flynn into the National Security Advisor role.

Michael Flynn in his Newly Appointed Position of National Security Advisor

Pictured above is Michael Flynn serving in his new role of National Security Advisor to the United States of America. Michael Flynn would only stand at the infamous White House podium less than a handful of times for only 3 and a half week, as his term as National Security Advisor would come to an abrupt end due to a conflicting interview given with popular news station in regards to the legal case against him about Russia.

The Role and Net Worth of a National Security Advisor

Army Lieutenant General Michael Flynn had become National Security Advisor to/for the United States of America. The resume of Michael Flynn has exclusively groomed and equipped him for a role in charge of understanding intelligence, strategic and militant. The role of National Security Advisor in its most simplest form is to attend meetings and councils relevant to investigating and understanding intelligence, strategic, foreign, domestic and militant understandings for and against the United States of America. The salary for the National Security Advisor is a six figure salary. The most recent salary for National Security Advisor, according to Glassdoor, is 170,000 a year. While serving in the role of National Security Advisor, Army Lieutenant General Michael Flynn's net worth increase approximately one million dollar. Former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn

Unfortunately, the Russia dealings would come back to haunt him, forcing him to resign from his newly found position of National Security Advisor. Michael Flynn will go down in history serving the shortest term for a National Security Advisor with only 23 days under his belt. This is the short term for the position of National Security Advisor since it's founding approximately 63 years prior. A few days prior to his resignation, Michael Flynn had given an interview in wake of all the Russian collusion allegations surfacing in February of 2017 stating he had no intentions on resigning from the position of National Security Advisor. It would be only days later that Michael Flynn would juxtapose his original claims of remaining in the position with this letter in its entirety:

In the course of my duties as the incoming National Security Advisor, I held numerous phone calls with foreign counterparts, ministers, and ambassadors. These calls were to facilitate a smooth transition and begin to build the necessary relationships between the President, his advisors and foreign leaders. Such calls are standard practice in any transition of this magnitude. Unfortunately, because of the fast pace of events, I inadvertently briefed the Vice President Elect and others with incomplete information regarding my phone calls with the Russian Ambassador. I have sincerely apologized to the President and the Vice President, and they have accepted my apology. As I step away once again from serving my nation in this current capacity, I wish to thank President Trump for his personal loyalty, the friendship of those who I worked with throughout the hard fought campaign, the challenging period of transition, and during the early days of his presidency. I know with the strong leadership of President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence and the superb team they are assembling, this team will go down in history as one of the greatest presidencies in U.S. history, and I firmly believe the American people will be well served as they all work together to help Make America Great Again. Sally Yates: The Initial Unravel-er of the Russian Meddling

Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates appears the earliest in the timeline against Retired Army Lieutenant General and former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, his son, President Donald Trump, Jared Kushner, and other alleged members of what is known as the Russia transition team.

After the muddy departure from the Donald Trump Presidential Campaign and the National Security Advisor position, Michael Flynn was not prepared for smooth sailing. The same day of the resignation, then Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation James Comey would attend a dinner featuring key players in the investigation of the meddling with Russia, including President Donald Trump. It was here Donald Trump asked James Comey to go light on pursuing justice for the treason committed by Michael Flynn, asking him to let Flynn go. James Comey replied that his loyalty is to the law, not the administration. This would ultimately lead to the firing of FBI Director James Comey. Fast forward a half of a year later, Michael Flynn is still under investigation. It would not be until November 5, 2017 that Robert Mueller has compiled enough evidence against Michael Flynn, his son Michael Flynn Jr. and ultimately the Flynn Intel Group for not only their Russia meddling affairs, but also the premeditation of a kidnapping of a foreign diplomatic figure from Turkey. It would be at this time Michael Flynn and his son Michael Flynn Jr. would lawyer up and avoid speaking about the situation as well as any public ties with President Donald Trump, his cabinet, or the Russia Transition team.
