This is a trend that started in France, the initiative was made by the Roger Le Gall gym in Paris. The members of the gym made the decision to close the facilities one day a week from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. so that naked workouts are practiced and allowed.
For legal reasons, the gym only allows 19 people to enter at a time. They have also received 400 access requests.

But, where has this initially come from? This alternative was proposed by naturists; a lifestyle through which they strip 'body and soul', promoting freedom through the nude.
Nevertheless, they mention that they are always naked; when they take off their clothes, it is only a phase of naturism; with or without clothes, they feel naked, that is their ideology. “We were many frustrated naturists, who felt that we could not enjoy places to a 100%. Now there is a space for us ”, commented Julien Claudé-Penegry, spokesperson for the Naturist Association.

Many people disagree with this practice for hygiene reasons. Despite them, the naturists invite them to be part of this without being part of the Association and paid 10 euros per ticket for the gym. Sounds pretty weird, right?

In these times, it is even easier, as we are all quarantining at home. I mean, what else do you have to do? It is just the perfect time to try this new technique out.

We all know that sometimes, it is hard for us to be in a good mood, even more, when we are in situations like this quarantine which can be extremely stressful and thus spoil our mood. In this case, why wouldn't you want to try something that will make your mood so much better in these times of uncertainty and anxiety? Well my friend, let me tell you that this is the first benefit of exercising naked! When you take all your clothes off for exercising, it is way easier for sun rays to penetrate. 2. Close curtains

Because you most likely don't want your neighbors to see you working out naked, close any blinds or curtains in your home. This is especially important if you live in a house where it is difficult to avoid windows. If possible, exercise in an area of your home near the curtains. If you have a place at home away from windows, such as a basement, choose to exercise there. We don't want this experience to be traumatizing for anyone!

3. Use underwear if needed

If exercising while naked is important to you, you don't have to wear a sports bra. For low-intensity activities such as yoga or pilates, a sports bra is probably not necessary. However, if you are going to do more vigorous cardiovascular exercises, your body may benefit from the support of a sports bra. If your breasts start to hurt during a workout, you may want to wear at least one sports bra for your routine.

The same happens with my male friends and their private parts. Jockstraps and athletic underwear provide support to sensitive areas of the body, performing a function similar to sports bras. You may need the support of athletic underwear or a jockstrap if you are engaging in vigorous activity while naked. If you start to feel pain, this will be your best ally.
