Olive oil face mask # 8: Olive oil and lemon juice

Something Yellow . If you're about to start the Plant Paradox, you should probably go ahead and get a 50 pound bag of lemons. Lemon juice is in soooo many of the book recipes, probably because: . 1. It aids digestion by encouraging the production of stomach acid ( yes, lots of stomach acid is a GOOD thing!) . 2. One lemon contains 40% daily value of vitamin C, which helps protect the body from long-term damage caused by viruses and chronic illness. . 3. It contains 22 known compounds that help fight and protect against cancer. . 4. Drinking it consistently can dissolve kidney stones, gallstones, and calcium deposits. . 5. It lowers the glycemic load of whatever you consume with it. . . #plantparadox #theplantparadox #lectinfree #lowlectin #lectinavoidance #whole30 #paleo #aip #autoimmune #POTS #dysautonomia #sugarfree #lowglycemic #grainfree #wheatfree #glutenfree #caseinfree #gundrydiet #somethingyellow #yellow #lemons #lemonjuice #citrus #keto #ketogenic #FMSPAD #FMS_somethingyellow #ketosis #ketodiet #lowcarb

Some final tips

Here are some final tips for your face masks. Before applying any of these face masks, always keep your face clean. Also, a great way to make the face masks work even better is to open up your pores beforehand. You can either take a hot shower or take hot water in a bowl, and after two minutes of cooling, place your face over it. All you need is steam! Also, as a way to close up your pores when you're done, rinse your face with cool water. Showering before using the face mask is better than showering after the process. And remember; don't be afraid to get a little messy. Good luck with making these face masks; have fun!
