The film came out in 2006 and is centered around an IRS auditor named Harold Crick [Ferrell]. Crick soon realizes that he has become a subject of a narration of his life that only he can hear. It begins to affect his entire life, from work to personal. The film shows a completely different side of Ferrell and shows his dramatic acting skills rather than his typical comedic prowess.
