John Dickerson is a well known American journalist and political correspondent who is best known for being the host of Face The Nation on CBS News. He was born on July 6, 1968, in Washington, D.C. John Dickerson's parents are Claude Wyatt Dickerson and Nancy Dickerson. His mother, Nancy, was also a journalist who was famous for being a pioneer of American radio and television, as well as a popular socialite. Later in life, she became an award-winning independent producer of documentaries. John Dickerson has three sisters and one brother, whom he grew up with in McLean, Virginia, a suburb just outside of Washington, D.C. John Dickerson earned his education first from Sidwell Friends School, from which he graduated in 1987.
