They help bring down stress by reducing the stress-inducing hormone, cortisol, and mediation clear out your mind. Doing yoga increases your energy levels which is felt on a cellular level so your body does more to stay young. What’s more, you’ll have a great body to boot so why not!
2. Cut down on processed sugar and just sugar in general
Looks tasty but your body says no
This might be a little hard to do especially if you got a sweet tooth going on for you but sugar is not good for you, in any way!
Sugar, when ingested, mixes with different proteins in the body that create substances in a process called Advanced Glycation End Product or AGE. Fitting right? This process breaks down your collagen and elasticin in your body leaving your skin defenseless against aging.
3. Drink lots of water
Water is the cure to all ailments including aging because of its anti-oxidant properties. A great, absolutely free anti-aging tip is taking lots of water per day. Water keeps your cells hydrated, flushes out toxins from your system and rejuvenates your skin proteins. The end result will be naturally glowing skin that is blemish free and tight in all the right places, keeping you wrinkle free as well.
4. Do regular exercise
Excercise more to keep younger
Start hitting the gym more often and building that muscle tone. In addition to making you have the body of a goddess, exercise keeps your body strong and cells alive and also helps in tightening the skin. Sweating, which comes after a great workout is a great way to flush out toxins that's keeping your skin dull and unhealthy. Just remember to take in lots of water to keep the balance and also take a shower afterwards. Being smelly isn’t just the problem, clogged pores are too!

Take up yoga or meditation, long walk to clear your mind, or just a spa day to work out those kinks and reduce the level of pressure you’re on.
6. Make HIIT and regular workouts your bff
High-Intensity Interval Training or as more popularly known, HIIT is a great workout of high-intensity workouts done at short intervals. Studies have shown that HIIT increases the number of mitochondria in your cells which is where all the energy comes from.
HIIT exercises increase your body energy

7. Keep a healthy eating lifestyle
eat foods rich in antioxidants for a healthy glow

Choose healthy food choices like salmon which is high in omega fats, a great anti-oxidant to keep your skin elastic glowing. Switch out red meat with more fatty white meat, eat greens more, drink lots and lots of water and definitely keep away from the sugar.
8. Use more natural products on your skin
Going natural is better for your skin
Although this is something that should not just start when you hit the big 3-oh, invest in beauty and skin products that have fewer chemicals in them. Always watch-out for the chemicals in the products you buy as some of them are really harmful to your skin and do more damage than good in the long run.

Keep a good sunscreen with you at all times, SPF 30, and feel generous when applying it on your skin especially if outdoors. Sunscreens are also known to reverse aging making it a great anti-aging product to have with you.
10.Stay away from the city
pollution causes you to age faster
Just being in a big city with lots of traffic makes you age. The pollution here is great and the chemicals are absorbed by your skin and we already know how chemicals are bad. Keep away from the city as often as you can and you’ll begin seeing the small changes.
