Just be aware the even though the findings in this study lean in favor of semen as an antidepressant, the NHS of the United Kingdom has pointed out the engaging in sexual activity, in general, is linked to a decrease in depression. More research is needed here.

Yes, semen has a reputation for being a rich source of protein so it can have some dietary benefits for you. The thing is that you'd have to consume gallons of semen for it to be beneficial to your diet. The amount of ejaculate varies from men to men depending on factors like age and health, semen is not just protein. In fact, protein is just a small part, like one-twentieth of the entire load.
